I’ve become a Physiotherapist and have learned during my studies how the body functions, how it processes the macronutrients (Carbs, Proteins and Fats) that we eat and what it does with the micronutrients (Vitamins and Minerals).
I have also additionally completed courses in nutrition and naturopathy. After tonnes of scientific research in search for the truth, I have finally found solutions that will help you make lasting changes and better food choices without making extreme sacrifices.
Now, I am using this knowledge and experience to help others.
