I've spent my time studying human nutrition for years, trying to find the reason why some people gain weight and others do not, trying to find a way to lose it and become healthy without counting calories or eating lean chicken breast and salad leaves without dressing. There had to be a way to enjoy food and still stay slim, healthy, fit and free from modern diseases without too much effort and without doing crazy hours of strenuous exercise daily. Ok don't get me wrong, exercise is good, healthful, enjoyable and good for general health and wellbeing, but I wanted to have a slim body even WITHOUT exercising like a crazy person.
